Vclub Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

To register and use the vclub platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition from using online gambling or entertainment services.
• Registering under your own name only — registration on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances. vclub reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with this eligibility requirement.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and valid payment information. All details will be verified by the vclub team before your account is fully activated. Deposit Terms:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.

• Opening multiple accounts or re-registering after your account has been terminated.

Vclub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team.

• If an account is terminated due to a violation, all existing balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
• If an account is closed at the user's own request, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to completed KYC verification.
• Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not permitted to re-register using the same or different information.

Vclub is not liable for any losses incurred by users arising from circumstances beyond the platform's control, including internet disruptions, hardware failures, or unforeseen third-party cyberattacks.

Users acknowledge that all wagering and gameplay carry financial risk, and vclub is not liable for any losses arising from betting decisions made voluntarily by the user. This platform is for entertainment purposes, and users must play within their own financial means.

Vclub's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
